Did you ever have a time when you wondered whether brain training actually has an effect?

So!

This time, after measuring my brain age, I’d like to do brain training for 10 minutes

and find out how much the result has improved!

Then, let's go find out right away!

There are four categories here, and

first I'd like to try out measuring my instant(very short-term) memory!

Conclusions!

When I did brain training continuously,

my brain age became younger! [succeeded in getting the brain age younger by 8!]

There's a lot of enjoyable applications for brain training!

Though distinguishing colors was the youngest one to me,

What would everyone's youngest criteria be?
